Refunds, Exchanges & Missed Classes
Refunds for group class sessions and individual lesson programs are available up to 14 days prior to the first day of the session or lesson. Exchanges for equal value credited toward another program are available up to 7 days prior to the first day of an individual lesson or group class session. Refunds for group events are available up to 30 days prior to the event date. Exchanges for equal value credited toward another program are available up to 7 days prior to the event date. Refunds for defective merchandise will be issued up to 5 days after the original purchase date. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and original packaging if applicable.
A free one-hour pass for Open Range on a specific day will be issued for a missed group class. One free pass may be issued per session.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
