Refunds, Exchanges & Missed Classes

REFUND POLICY

Refunds for instructional programs are available up to 7 days prior to the first day of the session. Exchanges for equal value credited toward another program are available prior to the first day of the session. Refunds for defective merchandise will be issued up to 5 days after the original purchase date. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and original packaging if applicable.

A free one-hour pass for Friday Open Range will be issued for a missed class. One free pass may be issued per session.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at goldmedalarchery@gmail.com.
